Festival and Events Program
Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation has identified the tourism industry as a priority area for development, and views festivals and events as an important contributor to the Cape Breton economy. ECBC assistance is targeted at events with the potential to generate new visitation or to better serve visitors to the island, increase length of stay and spending, and improve the quality of the visitor experience.
The deadline for receipt of proposals is 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2012.
Community Centres Program
ECBC will work with economic development stakeholders, community leaders, and organizations to identify and develop key infrastructure initiatives that strengthen and enhance the economic foundations of communities so that they are an attractive place to live and invest.
